| All Croatian Islands Award Group
The Group full name is All Croatian Islands Award Group. Art. 2 Group has its own logo, its name serving as its trademark. Art. 3 ACIA Group is not a legal entity, being a non-profit organization based on mutual interest of ham members. Its activity is based on the ACIA Group bylaws and the Croatian Amateur Radio Association ( CARA)Statute. Art. 4 If the ACIA Group Executive committee determines that the Group should be organized as a legal entity, it will be done as a radio club. Art. 5 ACIA Group is a mutual interest-based group of hams, who formed the Group to effect their mutual interests and goals. Art. 6 The goals of the ACIA Group are the following: Art. 8 A new member is awarded with membership diploma with his/her membership number and a privilege to use ACIA Group insignia on QSLs and/or WEB page. Art. 9 Each member of ACIA Group must send out QSL cards on regular basis for all his/her QSOs. Art. 10 If ACIA Group member does not comply with regulations from these Bylaws, his/her membership may be cancelled or revoked. This decision is made by ACIA Group Executive committee and its decision is final. Art. 11 ACIA Group is run by its Executive committee and represented by the Group president. The Executive committee consists of 3 - 5 members, who jointly run the ACIA Group. The Executive committee may appoint its individual members for specific area of interest, ie. to be in charge of public relations etc. Art. 12 All Group members have a meeting at least once a year, consulting each other on previous period activities and plans for future periods. Meeting(s) are called by the Group president. Art. 13 All members jointly participate in activities of commont interest, Art. 14 The Group promotes its acitivites by issuing various awards. Art. 15
All applications for awards need to be sent exclusively to the authorised checkpoint for a particular DXCC entity. If, for a certain entity, no checkpoint has been assigned, the applicant shall send the application direct to the ACIA Manager. Art. 17 New awards will be decided upon and effected by the ACIA Group Executive committee, which also appoints a manager for each award and checkpoints for certain entites. Art. 18 The work of the ACIA Group is public and based on democratic principles. Art. 19 All additional information and details are available from the Group
